The weather was beautiful on Saturday and I took the opportunity to take the trunk lid and spoiler out into the sunlight to compare the finishes. Just as a refresher, the spoiler was color sanded and buffed while the trunk lid was not.
My thoughts while it was under fluorescent lighting was that the spoiler had a little more dull finish, but it was completely smooth. Whereas the trunk lid was high gloss, but it showed more imperfections, i.e. specks/dust. Out in the sunlight I still feel the same way. I like the high gloss look of the trunk lid, but also the flawless look of the spoiler.

Anyone following behind KITT may actually be blinded by his finish. :D
I am still leaning towards the color sanded and buffed finish, just simply for uniformity and flawlessness on the car.
